BTracker keeps the numbers of your shop. This page says, in plain words, what we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do.
What we collect
Your name and email when you sign in (through Clerk, our login provider). The data you enter to run your store: products, customers, memos, balances, wallet entries and staff roles. A log of who changed what, which you can see yourself in your store's activity log.
What we use it for
Only to run BTracker for you: showing your memos and balances, letting your staff work under the roles you set, and fixing problems when you report them. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything else.
Where it is kept
Your data is stored in a database hosted by Neon (PostgreSQL). The app runs on Vercel and the API on Cloudflare. Login is handled by Clerk. These providers keep the servers; they do not get to use your data.
Cookies
We use a cookie to keep you signed in, one to remember your language (Bengali or English), and one for your light or dark theme. Nothing for tracking or ads.
Your staff
When you invite staff, they see what their role allows and nothing more. You can change or remove a role at any time. Every change made by anyone is recorded with their name and the time.
Your rights
The data is yours. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send you a copy of your store's data, or delete your account and everything in it. There is no waiting period and no fee.
Changes to this page
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so inside the app before it takes effect.
