These are the rules for using BTracker. They are short on purpose.
What BTracker is
BTracker is an app for recording sales, stock, customer dues and store cash. You use it to keep your own records. It does not move money and it is not a bank.
Free forever
BTracker is free. There are no paid plans and no credit card. If that ever changes, every existing shop will be told well in advance, inside the app and on WhatsApp, and will never be charged without agreeing first.
Your data is yours
Everything you enter belongs to you. You can ask for a copy or ask us to delete it at any time, as described on the Privacy page.
Your records
You are responsible for what is entered into your store: prices, quantities, payments and balances. BTracker calculates from what it is given. Check the memo before you place the order.
Staff you invite
You decide who can use your store and what each role may do. Actions taken by your staff under the access you gave them are your responsibility.
Fair use
Do not use BTracker to break the law, to harm other people, or to attack the service. We may close an account that does.
Availability
We work hard to keep BTracker running, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will never be down or never have a bug. Please keep your own copies of anything critical.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so inside the app before it takes effect.
